Colton Boster
GUITAR
Colton first began playing guitar in the seventh grade. After taking lessons for several years at various music studios, he was inspired to teach them himself. His first teaching experience was leading an eighth grade guitar class. He then quickly moved to supporting higher level guitar classes by becoming a teaching assistant at Weber High School for their intermediate guitar class. Although still in high school himself, he gained teaching experience very early on. Outside of teaching guitar and bass, he has played in quite a few rock bands. The most successful of which, Natural Habitat, was founded by himself. In this band he composed almost all the instrumentation behind the original songs written collaboratively by the band. Natural habitat saw much success, placing in the multi-regional Battle of the Bands, a competition bringing together the best best bands in northern Utah.
